Walk around freely in our standing arenas
• Ages 8+ (under 10s must be accompanied by an adult) - 1 x Physical Escape Room – Maui’s Treasure (up to 6 players maximum, Not VR)
An award-winning, island themed adventure escape room
• Ages 8+ (under 10s must be accompanied by an adult) - Maximum Capacity: we can host up to 40 people. Up to 22 players can play at the same time (12 in our two larger free roam escape rooms, 6 in Maui’s Treasure and 4 in our small challenge room), comfortably 18 on the same experience, and larger groups rotate between activities.

Free Roam VR Challenge Rooms
- Up to 6 players each (maximum 12 players per session), played in our two free-roam arenas
- Step into VR chaos! Blast zombies, defeat elves or toy soldiers, or whip up as many chaotic burgers as you can
- 6 games to choose from – quick, action-packed, and perfect for letting off steam
Challenge rooms can host up to 16 players at once (two free-roam arenas plus our 4-player challenge room). For larger groups, we can split the event across multiple hours.
Groups over 20 people
For groups over 20 people, we can accommodate you with a couple of options, working with other experiences just around the corner from us to cater for bigger groups.
Rotations have been very popular, especially with corporate groups: one group plays in our venue while the other enjoys a nearby meal or drink, then the groups swap. We can always welcome the whole group together as one, and we can also arrange venue hire so your group has some time to mingle at the end.

FUN WORK CHRISTMAS PARTY IDEAS IN MELBOURNE
A corporate Christmas party your team will actually enjoy. Looking for something fun to add to your end-of-year celebrations, or a different way to say thank you? At Entermission Melbourne, your team escapes VR worlds together, races through challenge rooms, blasts zombies and defeats elves. Expect plenty of laughing, shouting and good-natured rivalry, and everyone will be talking about it back at the office for weeks.
Easy for the organiser too
Christmas parties from $30 per person with our Challenge Pack: pick two VR challenge rooms, then add another for just $10 per person. Prefer an escape room? VR escape rooms are from $55 per person, or try Maui’s Treasure from $45 per person. Remote team members can join in too with our live-hosted online escape rooms.
PAYMENT & BOOKING
- 1. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to secure your spot.
- 2. Final balance and confirmed numbers are due 1 week before the event date.
FOOD OR CATERING OPTIONS
Please note that due to space constraints, no onsite catering or food service is permitted. We are located in the heart of Chinatown and next door to McDonald’s, making it easy to continue your celebration and enjoy food nearby after your escape room adventure.

For corporate bookings, we can customise session times or extend durations depending on your group size and schedule. What Melbourne Says About Our VR Escape Rooms
Q: What can I expect when I play VR Escape Rooms?
A: BRIEFING: Firstly, you’ll be given instructions and briefed on how to navigate the virtual world.
BE AMAZED IN THE METAVERSE: Once inside the room, you’ll put on your virtual reality headsets and you’ll be transported into another world based on the adventure you have chosen. You’ll have a 360-degree view of the virtual reality world but still, see and interact with your team in their virtual reality avatars.
FUN, TEAMWORK, AND PROBLEM SOLVING TO COMPLETE YOUR ADVENTURE: As a team, you’ll need to work together to complete your adventure. It is dependent on you being challenged, and then collaborating and communicating to achieve your objectives. Our Trained adventure Masters are with you all the way being able to see and communicate everything you are doing from our Mission Control.
REFRESHMENTS AND PHOTOS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE: After your mission, help yourself to some complimentary filtered water to help you settle back into reality. We also have a range of other refreshments to purchase. You may wish to purchase a $5 group photo with your virtual background select it at the checkout or ask the staff at the Mission Control Desk.
Q: What are Virtual Reality Escape Rooms and how is it different from ordinary Physical Escape Rooms?
A: Virtual reality escape rooms allow guests to escape the physical world, to be transported to other realities to complete challenges in alternate dimensions.
They may employ unique technologies such as hand tracking, and wireless free-roam to immerse you into the Metaverse. VR enables the creation of unique interactive puzzles and other tricks that you just can’t do in a physical escape room when you are being teleported to distant and fantastical worlds.
EXCLUSIVITY: Your teams will have exclusive use of the rooms allocated to your teams, although the reception area may be shared.
BOOKINGS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Full prepayment is required 48 hours before your event. We do however need confirmation of numbers 1 week prior. To secure your date and rooms, you will be required to make a 50% deposit payable.
There is a no refund policy in the event of a cancellation however you may reschedule as required.
Events may be rescheduled if more than 7 days’ notice is provided. A $30 rescheduling fee is payable if less than 7 days’ notice is given.
