Waiver Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to sign a liability waiver. If you are not 18 or older, your parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on your behalf.

I acknowledge and agree as follows:

• I have read and fully understand the rules, and I agree to abide by those rules during my participation.
• I am aware that the activity may require physical exertion and moving around within a confined space and result in injury.
• The use of any virtual reality equipment entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury including, but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, lack of balance, or nausea.
• I accept and assume all of the risks associated with this activity and elect to participate at my own risk with prior knowledge of the dangers.
• I do not have epilepsy and am not prone to seizures or any illness, ailment, or incapacity that may affect participation in the activity.
• I agree to obey instructions and rules and acknowledge that Entermission has the right to stop the activity at any time.
• I accept liability for the cost of any damage to the venue caused by me.
• I accept liability for the cost of any damage to the equipment or venue. Entermission is not responsible for such loss or damage.
• Entermission may send me emails from time to time, which I can choose to unsubscribe. 
• I acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken, uploaded, and may be used for marketing purposes.

INDEMNITY TO VIRTUAL REALITY ROOMS PTY LTD ABN 41 618 915 307 TRADING AS ENTERMISSION

In consideration of my participation, I agree to indemnify Entermission in the following manner:

• Participate in the activity at my sole risk and responsibility and agree to hold harmless Entermission with respect to any injury of damage suffered by me or caused by me to any other person where arising from any negligence on the part of any servant or agent of Entermission or from any other cause.
• I accept the venue as it stands with all or any defects hidden or exposed;
• I hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified Entermission , its servants, agents, officials against any action of claims which may be made on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of my death or any injury, loss, damage cause by my equipment where caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other manner whatsoever.
