Seated VR Challenge Room - Smashpoint
- Up to 6 players maximum
- Dive into a vibrant cartoon-styled world, smashing and chasing opponents with quirky weapons
- With constant respawns, the action stays fast, competitive, and full of laughs
For larger groups, we can split the event across multiple hours.

- 1. A 50% deposit is required within 3 days of booking to secure your spot.
- 2. Final balance and confirmed numbers are due 1 week before the event date.
FOOD OR CATERING OPTIONS
Please note that due to space constraints, no onsite catering or food service is permitted. We are located in the heart of Chinatown and next door to McDonald's, making it easy to continue your celebration and enjoy food nearby after your escape room adventure.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After the team checks in and watches a briefing video, they get transported into their Mission.
Once in the Metaverse team members can see, speak, and interact with each other.
When they meet CHALLENGES they must COMMUNICATE and COLLABORATE to ACHIEVE together.
Everyone must contribute in this unique team-building experience.

Q: What can I expect when I play VR Escape Rooms?
A: BRIEFING: Firstly, you’ll be given instructions and briefed on how to navigate the virtual world.
BE AMAZED IN THE METAVERSE: Once inside the room, you’ll put on your virtual reality headsets and you’ll be transported into another world based on the adventure you have chosen. You’ll have a 360-degree view of the virtual reality world but still, see and interact with your team in their virtual reality avatars.
FUN, TEAMWORK, AND PROBLEM SOLVING TO COMPLETE YOUR ADVENTURE: As a team, you’ll need to work together to complete your adventure. It is dependent on you being challenged, and then collaborating and communicating to achieve your objectives. Our Trained adventure Masters are with you all the way being able to see and communicate everything you are doing from our Mission Control.
REFRESHMENTS AND PHOTOS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE: After your mission, help yourself to some complimentary filtered water to help you settle back into reality. We also have a range of other refreshments to purchase. You may wish to purchase a $5 group photo with your virtual background select it at the checkout or ask the staff at the Mission Control Desk.
Q: What are Virtual Reality Escape Rooms and how is it different from ordinary Physical Escape Rooms?
A: Virtual reality escape rooms allow guests to escape the physical world, to be transported to other realities to complete challenges in alternate dimensions.
They may employ unique technologies such as hand tracking, and wireless free-roam to immerse you into the Metaverse. VR enables the creation of unique interactive puzzles and other tricks that you just can’t do in a physical escape room when you are being teleported to distant and fantastical worlds.
EXCLUSIVITY: Your teams will have exclusive use of the rooms allocated to your teams, although the reception area may be shared.
BOOKINGS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: Full prepayment is required 48 hours before your event. We do however need confirmation of numbers 1 week prior. To secure your date and rooms, you will be required to make a 50% deposit payable.
There is a no refund policy in the event of a cancellation however you may reschedule as required.
Events may be rescheduled if more than 7 days’ notice is provided. A $30 rescheduling fee is payable if less than 7 days’ notice is given.
